Step 1 - Schedule your free real estate consultation.

Deciding to sell your house is a big decision.  Choosing the right Realtor® is one of the most important decisions you'll make.  At your free real estate consultation, I will tour your home to learn about all it's selling features then discuss my marketing strategies.  Together we can determine the best selling plan to meet your goals.

Step 2 - Setting the stage.

Staging does not mean major renovations or making a bunch of purchases.  BUT it does require you to be open to changing your home's style to help buyers will fall in love with it.  First, we walk-through your entire home and I recommend ways to make it more appealing for potential buyers.  Then I work with your budget and timeline and prioritize what to do so you aren't left with any questions.  Some sellers complete the staging step in a day while others want to take several weeks.  Either way, I help you through the ENTIRE process! I re-arrange furniture, hang artwork, place decor and make sure your house looks PERFECT before I schedule my photographer to take amazing photos for marketing. 

Step 3 - Let the marketing begin.

This is where it all your hard work pays off.  Once the professional photos are taken, I began marketing your property using a variety of methods - brochures, postcards, websites, social media, Zillow and, of course, MLS. Additionally, we kick-off your new listing with an open house to generate as much interest as possible. Each property is different so the marketing strategy is adjusted so it fits your property's selling points the best.

Step 4 - Under contract and heading to closing.

This can be one of the most nerve-wracking parts of the entire process and another important reason to have an experienced Realtor® on your side.  Reviewing offers, making counter offers, dealing with inspections and appraisals can all be overwhelming.  As an experienced Realtor® who specializes in working with sellers, I have numerous resources to help you successfully close and move on to your next dream!
